From the remote router, can you ping 10.0.0.201? If you can ping do an extended ping from the lan interface on the central router to the lan interface on the remote router, it sounds like your routing statements are set up correctly. The problem probably is with the default gateway of the hosts. Double check the default gateway on 192.168.0.1 and be sure that it is set to 192.168.0.201. If it is not, be sure that whatever device is configured as the gateway has the appropriate routes configured.
