802.1q over ADSL

I need solve the next challenge, I´ve a Switch coonected to a ADSL router. On the Ethernet interface a want to define two VLANs.

It´s possible to map both VLANs IDs over one ATM VCC?.

Other question it is possible to connect a ADSL card to a Catalyst switch?
