I have got one 805 and 3631 routers.
805 has got as usual smartserial and 3631 has got E1 controller card. Can these routers be connected back to bak?
If it is possible please let me know.

No, you cannot connect a serial port to an E1 port.
To do so, you will need a box that converts the serial interface to E1 and they don't come all that cheap.
