8500MGR shows 8-port E1 IMA cards as unsupported, what to do?

Dear all,

I have 8540MSR and 8510MSR, and 8500MGR software. The 8500MGR shows on the picture installed into Catalysts 8-port E1 IMA cards as unsupported. But i can open that cards and see ports and events. Please, help me: customer require that all looking well.

From the Software Advisor available on the cisco.com I could find that On Catalyst 8540, 8 port E1 IMA card is supported from 12.0(7)W5015C and on Cat 8510, it is supported from 12.0(4)W5011A onwards. For more details, please refer to the Software Advisor.

And it is does not show any support for the Cat8500 series. I guess, its not supported at all.

Are you using a relevent IOS as these above?

Thank you! But i see, that this cards are supported on 8510/8540. But management software 8500MGR (as i understand, this is extension to Cisco Element Management Framework) show on screen, that it doesn't support this cards. May be Cisco have done some patches to this software?
