I encoutered a problem of CiscoWorks2000 Campus Manager.
The User Tracking can't get any Host IP Address and Subnet information.
But other information is exhibition as normal.eg,MAC and so on.
Who can tell me what mistake I made?
Any reply would be appreciated!
Thanks in Advance.

See http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/477/Campus/ani.shtml for the troubleshooting checklist first.

The UT gets the MAC addresses from your switches and the IP addresses from the routers. In your case, you can get the MAC addresses from the CAM table in your switches but not the IP adress translations from the ARP cache of your routers.
This can have two reasons:
1) You do not manage a router with the ARP data in your Campus Manager or UT does not have access via snmp to that router
2) the UT uses the /CSCOpx/bin/UTping command to ping all ip addresses in a range if the range has a subnet that is equal or smaller than 255.255.255.0
Good luck,
sam
