a strange 7200 problem,

Exectly every 10 seconds I am getting a huge latency spike from about .1ms to over 1000ms. I have eliminated just about everything from servers within our network, to connections over two different DS3s. I am just about at a loss here.

I currently have a 7206, NPE200, IOS 12.2(2)T with 128MB of ram. Any ideas you can throw at me would be great

During your experieced latency can you pull a "show proc cpu" from your router and send the processes that have a non 0% value. This would help someone ID your issue and help you better.
