I'm testing this configuration on a CAT OS switch. I want to be able to failback to local login (local username and password if TACACS server fails) but in my case it is taking me to console prompt instead, can someone tell me if I 'm doing something wrong?
set localuser user username password mypassword
set authentication login local enable
set authentication login tacacs enable telnet
set authorization exec enable tacacs+ none
set tacacs server x.x.x.x
set tacacs key cisco123
(I've tried to post it in security forum but didn't get no response, though I might try here) Thanks.
