There is a exchange center which providers the information exchanging to 4
ISPs. This center has a Cisco7513 regarded as the exchange router that makes
service for each ISP¡¯s border router. my problem is how to cutover the
ISP border router that would be replaced other router, and replace the BGP
configuration with static route in the other router. Be attention, the other
router is the ISP¡¯s ASBR that aggregates the whole traffic of province to
the internet.

Often times complex configuration issues are best addressed in an interactive session with one of our trained technical assistance engineers. While other forum users may be able to help, its often difficult to do so for this type of issue.
To utilize the resources at our Technical Assistance Center, please visit http://www.cisco.com/tac and to open a case with one of our TAC engineers, visit http://www.cisco.com/tac/caseopen
If anyone else in the forum has some advice, please reply to this thread.
