About GSR Link bundling

I have a question.

I know that the GSR support gigabit ethernet Link bundling such as IEEE 802.3ad. [IOS 12.0(24)S]

If the GSR is connected with other vendor product by Link bundling,

Is it possible ?

The other vendor product use IEEE 802.3ad.

Thank you.

Re: About GSR Link bundling

If the other vendor product does standards based (802.3ad (LACP)) then yes, it should work fine. PAGP is the Cisco proprietary bundling/channeling protocol. I've seen some vendors differ the amount of links they allow in the LACP bundles. Might look into your other vendor implimentation.

Hope this helps,

Don
