The above-mentioned Router was downed in the version.
At reload, Cold Start@does not come out.
Does not an error alone come out why?

If I am not wrong, you want to know why the cold start messages don't pop up, when there is cold start.This seems to be a bug in the IOS version you are using . A similar bug, CSCdt89506 has been observed earlier. For more details on it, you can check out on the bug tool kit available on the CCO. This bug is caused due to the mis-configurations in one of the snmp commands given below.
snmp-server host 10.1.1.1 string snmp
