access-list on catalyst 2924XL

on a catyst 2924XL I can create an access-list but the command ip access-group seems not to be available under config-if commande mode , how to use this access list to limit client access on the ports

Hi,

2900/3500Xl's does not support ACL's.

for securiing the ports, the only solution is the use of mac-address-table secure command to restrict client connexion port by port or are there other solution ?

Use can use other features like port-security, Protected ports.
