Access-Request to RADIUS server without a username
I have the following problem: terminals are connecting to cisco 3660 via remote dial-in.The terminals cannot send username and password and must be authenticated only by CLID. how can I make my router not to ask for username,I mean how can i completely avoid the prompting.the "none" authentication is not the answer, because I do not want anyone to log into my device.

Don't think it's possible with the use of Radius.
Without Radius, use the "isdn caller" command on the physical interface, or "dialer caller" on the dialer interface (and make sure you don't have a default dialer that unauthorised callers could get bound to).
This is actually a pretty cool feature, i didn't even know it existed until I was looking for a solution to advertise a subnet (prefix in BGP talk), only if a certain condition existed. This is exactly what conditional advertisements does
