ACL requirement for x.x.[0-254.[0-253] possible with 1 line?

Help would be appreciated, if anyone can provide an alternative solution on how to create an ACL with the following requirement x.x.[0-254].[0-253]

Prefered range would be

10.0.0.1 - 10.0.0.253

10.0.1.1 - 10.0.1.253

10.0.2.1 - 10.0.2.253

.

.

10.0.254.1 - 10.0.255.253

Anyone with ACL suggestion?

deny ip 10.0.0.254 0.0.255.0

permit ip 10.0.0.0 0.0.255.255
