Active/Backup NAT solution

All,

Can someone here please help me on this? I am looking for an Active/Backup NAT solution. I have two server applications running on two machines (A and B with different IPs) and only 1 public IP address. So I am doing NAT now. If machine A is down for like 5 min, all traffic needs to be routed to B. And at this moment, bringing A online will not move traffic back. In order to move back NAT traffic to A, we need to bring B offline. It will be sort of Active/Backup NAT.

Any suggestion or reference to resources will be very appreciated.

From what you have described, static NAT with route maps should work for you. Here is a helpful url with a sample configuration:
