adding devices in rme

Hi all,

i'm having troubles adding devices to rme after a change in ip addresses.

the name is the same but in the dns i changed the ip address.

now cw2000 doesn't lookup for the new ip address when i delete and re-add these devices.!

what can i do?

reinitialize the database and then add the devices back again

restart the ciscoworks server.

Reload the device and try adding it again.

Netnut above is correct. If you are on win2k you can also do a ipconfig /flushdns and it "sometimes" will detect the change.
