Adjusting HSRP Timers

I am currently planning on implementing HSRP between a voice router (w 1 T-1) and our data router (also T-1). My question is this: Is there a away to manipulate the HSRP timers so that the routers do not have to wait 9 seconds (3 hello packets) before they will fail over?
