ADSL Drop-outs when incoming call on POTS line

Hi all,

Has anyone else seen this problem.... 827 attached to Telstra ADSL (Yes, Australaia) All is working fine, router trains up, all layers come up, etc. then an incoming voice call on the POTS line that is supporting the ADSL service kills the service and causes a retrain from zip ! I suspect it is something to do with the "ring-current" being applied to the line to ring attached telephones. There ar at least two of my installed base of about 50 which exhibit this problem. I am sure that the band-pass filter is installed correctly, and in some instances the line is dedicted to ADSL (no filter at all) and the problem still exists.

Any replies would be appreciated. Bye for now.

I still doubt on band pass filter. If its not istalled correctly, the line will behave like that. I don't suspect any problem like that with 827.
