Advice on 3700 vs 7200 series routers

I am building a new WAN where there will be a HQ with approximately 140 employees and 15 - 20 branch offices of 5 persons per branch.

Would like to do IP phones, along with the normal data that would be moing across the system. No video but Internet access and normal data.

The descriptions seem to point towards using the 7200 series for the central location and 3700 in the branch offices. ButI am thinking that it may be overkill given that the branches are so small.

Was actually thinking of using the 2621 router at the branches to run the data/voice.

Can anyone coment on any obvious glaring issues that I might be overlooking in this sort of scenerio?

Thanks

Richard

You may want to consider 1700 series for branches since only 5 ppl.

Regards.
