After Upgrade of CW2K new Cisco Devices still unknown in HP OV

Hello,

we are using HPOV NNM 6.10 and CW2K. In order to work with newer Cisco Devices like 1710 or 1721 I have installed packages for CiscoView and RME. Unfortunately in my HPOV those devices are still ordinary gateways, but not recognized as CISCO devices. When trying in HPOV to select "Cisco Applications" / "Update Cisco Device Support" I get that message :

"Checking Network Management Integration Data bundle.

Error: Invalid CCO machine.

Probable Cause: No such machine.

Recommended Action: Contact support.

Integration with NMS will not be done now."

What am I doing wrong ?

Any hints would be appreciated. Thanks,

Bernd

Is HPOV 6.1 and CW2K installed on the same Server?. If so, is it Windows or Solaris?. Version of CW2K CD-One?. During the install of CW2K CD-One, it shown 4 options to select:

1. NMS Integration Utility to install only the Integration Utility.

2. Common Management Foundation (CMF) Base Desktop to install a subset of CMF.

3. CiscoView to install only CiscoView.

4. CiscoView, NMS Integration Utility, and CMF to install all CD One components (recommended for most systems).

Did you selected option 4 from above?
