aggregation of error exceptions

CiscoWorks 2000 is reporting this error under Device Fault Manager for numerous switch in our network. What exactly does this message means and what can I do to fix this problem?

InCharge Domain : DFM VLAN VLAN-1 [default] ErrorException - Aggregation of error exceptions over all Ports .

I'm also getting that message on my network also. Are the messages related? What does it mean? Am I low in memory?
