ANI Server not running

Every couple of days, first in the morning, if I try to access discovery metrics, or start campus manager, an error comes up ANI server is not runnung. However, if I check process status, ANI server is running. I can even stop it and start it again but it doens't seem to make any difference. The only way I can resolve is by rebooting the server.

LMS2.1 running WIN2K

Its a dedicated server, so its just the full LMS2.1
