ANI Server not starting

Getting 'Failed to run' message when looking at the process. Restarting the process has the same results. Have restarted the system, rebooted the server etc.. Always resulting in 'Failed to run'...

How about some details, like verison of CD-One, Operating System, Service Packs etc?. Fresh install or upgrade?

Did you installed the application as the local administrator of the server?

We have an account which is the local admin named "netmgr" which we installed from.
