ANI Sever

I have a problem about ciscoworks 2000. After I add the seed device Switch 4506 in the ANI Server, I open the topology service and just can see an unkown device.

Another problem is that CM can not recognise the switches which make the cluster.

The version of Campus Manager is 3.2 and IDU is 2.0

First make sure that you have the latest IDU v3.0 for Campus Manager 3.2 installed from:

http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/tablebuild.pl/cw2000-campus

Secondly, XL switches are supported in IP Mode only. Clustered devices not assigned an IP address are not currently supported.

The clustered devices(3550 SMI) and stacked device(3550 SMI) both can not be recognise in CM. Is that sure?
