On a 6509 am seeing the following:
2d07h: NVRAM: nv->magic = NVMAGIC.
2d07h: NVRAM: nv->magic == NVMAGIC.
Can't find anything about it on cisco web site, any ideas what it means?

Martin,
Have you got a debug running on NVRAM? I know that on Cisco routers that if you enter 'debug nvram' and then save your config to NVRAM (via 'write mem' or 'copy running-config startup-config') then the output you have displayed appears.
To check this type 'show debug' and see if you have a debug running on NVRAM. If you have, just stop it via 'undebug nvram'. The commands displayed assume your Cat 6000 is running Native IOS NOT Hybrid Mode software.
Hope this helps.
