Are 2500 and/or 4000 series routers CBWFQ capable

A client of ours wants to know if they can allocate bandwidth by application without the expense of router upgrades or the installation od packets shapers. Their network is a mixture of 1600, 2500 and 4000 series routers. From my investigation it looks like 1600 routers are supported.

Re: Are 2500 and/or 4000 series routers CBWFQ capable

I don't think CBWFQ is platform limited.

It's more an IOS limitation.

I did recently some tests with 2500 and 4000

with 12.2(6).
