Are the 3620 network modules hot swappable?

I want to plug in a 2-port FE network mod in a production 3620 router and hope I don't have to bring the router down to insert it.

FYI

on boxes that do support OIR , All interfaces are reset for the sytem to recarve the memory when OIR is performed , so in essence you are taking the box down when performing an OIR .
