AS5200 Memory/buffers leaks

I have a AS5200 router with two PRI for the analog dialin users. It is leaking memory everyday, as indicated by the decreasing free memory and increasing dead process memory. There are also misses in the Big buffers memory.

I have upgraded the IOS to 12.0(21a) but didn't fix the problem. The temporary solution is to reboot the router periodically.

All that I can say is that there

are more than 100 memory leak bugs

fixed in 12.1, and not in 12.0. Since

12.0 went GD, the number of bug fixes

that go into 12.0 have decreased to

limit the potential impact of instability

due to bug fixes. My best suggestion would

be to try 12.1.
