okay this one is for those dial gurus out there.
I'm trying to figure out some rmon commands for the as5301s with IOS 12.1. what I want to do is to be able to monitor the success rate on the individual modem. When you do a show modem, you will notice the success rate on the device. i want to be able to generate a trap from the device to be sent to openview and onwards to our ticketing system. What command will I need to enter on the as5301s to generate a trap when a modem has a success rate below 80%?. Or is there some other way of doing this using HP OpenView?
