I config as5300 with callback,but when as5300 successful call back to the remote client,after 2 minutes, the call always being disconnected, I don't know why? thanks!

Maybe you have "dialer in-band" under the "interface group-asyn x", and do not have interesting traffic defined to reset the dialer idle-timeout....this defaults to 120 secs.
Ideally we do not need the dialer in-band command. Pls refer to:

Just to add, if you have to have DDR related commands like dialer in-band and dialer idle-timeout, for may be non-callback users, you need to properly configure the AS5300 for that,
