AS5300 don't know the callin or callout circuit

Dear Sir,

I config AS5300 with callback, the signal between AS5300 and telco is E1 R2,

there are 20 circuits for dialin, and there are 100 circuits for dialout, I found sometimes callback was't successful, So I use the command "debug modem csm" to observe what happen, I found when AS5300 implement callback, It select the dialin circuit, So callback wasn't successful, Is this phenomenon natural? How to avoid ?

thanks

Benny

Re: AS5300 don't know the callin or callout circuit

"modem dialout controller e1 x" under the lines should be able to do that.....however we do not get this granularity to DS0 level, has to be at E1 or T1 level.

http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/471/modemdialoutcontroller.html

Thanks, Mak.
