We use our 5350's a little different then most, we use them strictly for dial out.
the problem we are having is we can not restrict who is calling what #. We are a support company that needs constant access to our clients for troubleshooting.
If I were to use ACS could I be able to enter in only approved phone #s that could be dialed? If so could someone please send me a link or an example of where to put the #'s?
If not is there a product out there either by Cisco or by a 3rd party that will do this for me.?
