AS5350 and AT&T SDN

Using the AS5350 for dial in/out on 2 AT&T PRIs. It is set to dial calls as ISDN. Is there a way to have it remove a leading "1" from an outgoing long distance call - the SDN doesn't like the "1".

Example: call via hyperterm to site in different area code adds "1" to 10 digit number. Call fails as SDN doesn't want leading "1".

Doug,

AS5350 can't supress the 1. It dial's what it is told to dial. You need to set up Hyperterminal to not dial the 1.
