AS5350 Installation and support experiances

We are considering the installation of a Cisco 5350 and I'd like to ask for comments from others on your experiance in installing and supporting this product. Are there any major issues we need to be aware of? What about suppoort, can you easily monitor the number of calls and or successful connections?

I cannot speak to installation issues; you may want to try the user group alias cisco-nas@external.cisco.com.

For management, there is (as usual) SNMP; but there is also Call Tracker, as well as a lot of data available via the CLI. Read here for more info:

You could also use AAA for control of accounting, which would again provide all sorts of information.
