AS5350 operator commands

Where on CCO can I find a good source for "operator" commands for the AS5350? I need a guide for the helpdesk guy to help him handle user problems for our ISP. We are installing a new AS5350 tomorrow. I'm looking for a guide for how to do simple commands like, show which users are on, disconnect users, troubleshoot connection/modem problems, etc.
