AS5350 problem with asyncronous calls after failure of the PRI line

I have an AS5350 running 12.2(XB) .Each time my PRI line fails, asyncronous calls cannot be established to the AS5350 until a reload is performed.After the reload everything is ok.

Anu help would be greatly appreciated.

After PRI fails & comes back up, can we get ISDN calls to connect?

Before the reload, need to see the following:

sh isdn status / sh isdn service / sh controller t1 / show spe

At what stage does the modem call fail?

deb isdn q931 / deb modem / deb csm modem / deb ppp nego

Unfortunately Ican't supply the information You requested now, because I have reloaded the device- its very important to be available all the time for incoming connections.

I apply here the output of the command: sh spe

Settings :
