AT commands coming from 2820 console port

How do I stop the AT commands to stop coming out of the console port? I can get into the diagnostic console to reset factory defaults, and reset console port to defaults, but when it continues boot up, it goes back to throwing AT commands on my screen. Any help?

Some older models of 2800/1900 switch require a null modem cable, while others require a regular rollover cable. If you use the wrong cable you will get AT commands at the prompt

You have wrong cable pinout. Make sure that you have pinout like on
