Hi,

We have to carry ATM on 8 E1 (from DSLAM to Core [cisco7200])

Could you please tell me ,is this way true or not?

Hi,

Yes. You can do this by purchasing the PA-A3-8E1IMA port adapter for the 7200 (8-port ATM Inverse Mux E1 (120 Ohm) Port Adapter).

Note that your DSLAM will need to support ATM Forum IMA Version 1.0 (af-phy-0086.000).
