ATM, PIX and Ethernet

I have a multi-tiered question: First I need help understanding how I am going to pass the following protocols over ATM (IP, IPX, DEC LAT)?

Second I have purchased a product from my local bell called Cell Relay. It is basically a 155 oc3 that I can carve up anyway I want. How do I take specific traffic from the ATM interface and direct it towards an ethernet interface?

The topology looks like this.

7206(ATM OC3 SMI interface) to 100TX(Ethernet) to 525 Pix Firewall to internal network. Of this I am deticating 50 megs to this other site and the rest will be used for Frame and DSL circuits.

To complicate this even more the OC3 will be passing 3 megs of internet traffic also.

Thanks,

James

First of all, ATM interfaces can be treated as any other type of interface where an IP Address can be assigned to them? Does the same go for IPX? What about LAT will lat route via this link just by entering the interface command "LAT ENABLE"?
