ATM to Frame Relay configuration

I have two T1 configured as IMA in one location. The second location is one T1 that is frame-relay. I can't seem to get the serial interface on second location up. Can I anybody tell if I've configured it correctly?

The config is fine. We need to troubleshoot that issue. We need to see the status of that interface and the dlci using

show frame-relay pvc 212

show interface serial0/0:0.212

You may want to make sure that your telco is doing translation mode on the FRF8 if not have them switch to Translation .Some frame swtiches have

Transparent mode as the default.
