if i have to disable oam-manage pvc option for an tm interface

Hi,

Simply enter the command with no option. When you look at the config , it will be seen as oam-manage 0 0 . It is very normal.

OAM is enabled under PVC configuration under the ATM interface. Hence you will first need to enter the interface level then the PVC level and then negate the oam command. Note it will still show up in the config with a 0 (zero) value and that is normal.

The above description applies to the new style PVC defined as:

PVC 10/100 (for example)

as opposed to:

atm pvc 10 10 100 aal5snap (the old syntax)
