Automatic failover on 2 wireless connections

We have a 3640 Cisco router with two wireless networks connecting one of our remote offices coming into e1/0 and e1/1. we want an automatic failover in case any of the link fails. How do we go about this.

Re: Automatic failover on 2 wireless connections

Assuming there is also a router at the remote office, this is easy to do using the same techniques used to support redundant IPsec links. See the white paper on redundant IPsec configuration on my web site. Note that if you choose to use GRE tunneling, you will need to either configure users with broken Path MTU discovery to use a smaller MTU or configure the tunnel to fragment packets with the DNF flag set.

Good luck and have fun!
