Hello everyone,
I was wondering if anyone knows how a backdoor bridge can produce "bad hop count" (packet with ttl < 1).

If the bad hop count counter is incrementing, use a network analyzer to look for packet loops on suspect segments.Look for RIP3 and SAP updates as well.Refer the following URL for more info http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/cisintwk/itg_v1/tr1908.htm
