I have 2 serial lines. one T1 and one 64kbps .When my T1 line gone down i want to route for my 56kbps line .I use static or default Routes .
How i can implement this in my 2600 Router.

Configure on the T1 line serial interface, the following command.
int s0
backup interface s 1
where s1 is the backup 64 kbps link.
