Backuping CW2000 Server with 3rd Party Software

We are using Legato Software to Backup our CW2000 Server ( Full Backup ). What is the best procedure to do this , or is there any restrictions to do so.

CW2K have it's own built-in backup/restore scripts. Other 3rd party tools for backup are not supported.

Hello Mustaq,

We are backuping the Operating System and the Application ( Cisco Works 2000 Server ) with Legato.

What is the best procedure to do this , or is there any restrictions to do so.

We have not had luck using Legato to back up the CiscoWorks application. Specifically the Campus Manager databases were corrupted when we restored the system backup.
