We are getting "swBusCRCErrorDrop" errors alongwith "Bad color 1892 rea from 3fe3 for a dynamic entry". We have checked that on both sides port parameters have been hard coded (Cisco recommendation). We have alreay replaced 2 Ethernet blades on 5500 and the slot also. On the other end 3548 has also been replaced. The "sh counter" command shows badTXCRC errors and they are still increamenting. Just looking for any suggetions before opening a TAC case.
You seem to have isolated all the possibilities, and I guess you must have analyzed whether the cables connecting the switches have anything to do with this problem. In that case, it looks more like a problem internal to the switch.
