Bandwidth limiting on a Catalyst 2950-24

I have a cisco 2950-24 port switch running the SI version of IOS. I am wondernig if there is anyway to limit the speed on a port? For example, how can I limit a port to 1Mbps. Will storm-control do this? What is the best way to limit it? Or do I need a level 3 switch?

If you can upgrade to EI image, you can use Policing

Yep..You sure can. But check with Cisco Sales to see if there is any licensing issues
