Can anyone point me out how can the lan and WAN bandwidth be customised and manupulated in L3 sw/Routers?..... thnx in advance...... what r the commands or concepts that i should look for apart from "rate-limit" and "queueing"......thnx in advance....

you can try LLQ with CBWFQ (class based weighted fair queue)
