i am using cisco 800 on a LAN

i want to limit bandwidth to specific ip addresses.

how can i do it?

CAR (Committed Access Rate) and Class based policing are some mechanisms by which you can limit the bandwith for specific IP addresses. Check the configuration guides or feature availability to see if these are available for the specific product model that you are using.
