BBSM and Microsoft Service Packs

I have a client that ends up with an error. It comes up as Event ID 7031 and the MS Article is Q326964. The fix is to obtain the latest Service Pack from MS. Rebooting is the only way I can get rid of this.

From past experience, I only install updates from the BBSM Home page.

Is it safe to install SP4 on my BBSM Server?

I am not sure what exactly is your problem, but in general you may try this:

First, apply all relevant BBSM patches in the right order. Apply SP3 first. I heard SP4 has not been tested. So do not risk applying SP4.
