BBSM local billing printer

I need help troubleshooting this. This is a fresh install with service pack 2 loaded. I'm using an HP2200 with a built in jet diect card. First, I added the printer by creating a new local tcp/ip port with no luck. Not sure on why it is failing, I setup another printer using unc. I've enabled pms and turned it off. I've stopped and restarted the atdial service. However if there is any tid on cco regarding this issue it so buried I couldn't find it.

Any help would be great.

Pls make sure the athdmn service is running.

. Click Start > Settings > Control Panel > Administrative Tools.

2. Double-click Services.

3. Right-click athdmn and click Start. The charges should start to post.
